A golf cart heater is the perfect way to make your cart more usable on those cool fall afternoons or early morning cart rides. Playing golf or driving around the neighborhood in cold weather used to be painful, but can now easily be a thing of the past! Equipping your golf cart with a heater is one of the quickest and easiest modifications you can make to keep you and your passengers comfortable.
All of the golf cart heaters we carry on our website are designed to be powered by propane gas or electricity.
Propane Golf Cart Heaters
Easy to use, lightweight, and provide universal fitment on all golf carts. Most propane heaters just sit very simply in your factory cup holders (install instantly), providing effective heat for the entire cabin. Propane heaters will use roughly one tank of propane fuel every two rounds of golf (1 lbs canister of propane will last about six hours). Although propane is not expensive, you should consider this when deciding between propane and electric. Another thing to consider is that golf carts with driveable golf cart covers installed will need proper ventilation in the cabin to be used safely.
Electric Golf Cart Heaters
are slightly more expensive up front than propane, and also require a bit more up-front installation (they are wired to and powered by your golf cart’s battery). Like in a regular car, electric golf cart heaters typically get mounted on your cart’s dashboard and provide a more permanent heat solution for your cart. One additional benefit to electric golf cart heaters is that they typically offer some form of temperature control, which gives you cabin temperature flexibility on those milder days or extremely cold ones.
