Your information provided is used solely for the purpose of completing your order. Other than providing your shipping information to our manufacturers and shipping partners, your information is not shared to any outside third parties.

Email addresses are used only to communicate with you about your order. If you have signed up for our newsletter, you may receive emails about specials or new products.  We may email you valuable coupons in the future if you have opted to receive our newsletter or emails.

We offer you one of the safest, easiest, and most convenient online ordering systems on the internet. Card payments are processed by Authorize.net, a payment company owned by Visa. You can also pay with services such as PayPal or Affirm, which handle your payment details on their own secure systems.

Every page of our website uses a secure, encrypted connection. You can check this in your browser’s address bar: our address starts with "https://", and the "s" means secure.

We collect information from you when you place an order.  When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

Any of the information we collect from you may be used to process transactions and send informational emails.  Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.  The email address you provide for order processing, will only be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order.

Cookies
Cookies are small files your web browser saves when you visit a website. We, and the companies that help run our store, use them to:

  • Run the store. Remember your shopping cart, keep you signed in, and keep checkout secure. Our store platform (BigCommerce) and Cloudflare, which protects our site, also use short-lived cookies that help tell real shoppers from automated bots. The store can’t work without these.
  • Improve the site. Google Analytics and our store platform’s own reports show us which pages help shoppers and where they get stuck.
  • Measure and show our ads. Facebook (Meta), Google and Microsoft (Bing) use cookies to tell us whether our ads work, and to show our ads to people who have visited our site.
  • Offer helpful features. Klaviyo, our email service, handles newsletter sign-ups and can tailor the emails you’ve asked for based on your visits. LiveChat runs our chat window, Yotpo shows product reviews, and Justuno shows our sign-up and special-offer pop-ups. If you pay with PayPal, PayPal may set its own cookies.

Your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser’s settings, but the shopping cart and checkout need them to work. You can turn off Google Analytics with Google’s free browser add-on, choose how Google uses your information for ads in Google’s My Ad Center, and limit ads based on your visits to other websites in your Facebook settings. Every marketing email we send has an unsubscribe link.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.

Conditions of Use

Golf Cart Tire Supply is not liable for any injuries or other that may occur from the use of our products.  Rubber is flammable and recreational vehicles can be dangerous.

We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these linked sites (including if a specific link does not work).
