Club Car Hub

Club Car hubs are a key part of your Club Car golf cart's wheel system. In fact, the hub is the center of your entire wheel assembly. This hub houses the wheel bearings that let your cart's wheel turn smoothly on its axle, while also securing your entire wheel and tire setup onto your cart.

Club Car wheel hubs are typically an aluminum cylinder with nylon bearings in the center of them. This cylinder is fixed on a plate that has threaded studs at each corner, which your wheel mounts to using lug nuts.

A well-maintained Club Car front hub, and rear wheel hub, ensures a smooth and safe ride for your golf cart. When your cart's wheel bearings or wheel hub go bad, you will typically know right away due to increased rolling resistance at the hub, or a screeching sound from worn wheel bearings in motion. This can happen over time if your dust caps have cracked away or come loose, allowing debris to enter the wheel hub bearings.
