Return Policy

Golf Cart Tire Supply offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee.  If for any reason you are not completely happy with any product you order from us, you can return it within 30 days of receiving the order for a full no-hassles refund (minus Golf Cart Tire Supply's shipping costs incurred from sending the item to you). Additionally, you will need to pay return shipping unless otherwise verified by customer service.

Return Policy Notes:

  • We do not accept returns for On Board Computers (OBC). Even if the OBC is unopened, unused and in new condition, we cannot accept it.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for orders placed outside of the continental US.
  • We do not refund return shipping costs. Unless a prepaid label is issued to you, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • We do not issue prepaid shipping labels for un-wanted or un-desired items. If you purchase an item and decide you don't want it anymore (or don't need it), you will be responsible for the return shipping cost and label. Please review all items thoroughly prior to purchasing to avoid any additional cost for returning.

We do not accept unauthorized returns at our Corporate HQ. We reserve the right to reject ALL returns shipped to our Corporate HQ (7607 E Greenway Dr.) without prior authorization.

General return policy requirements:

  •     The product must be in new and original unopened condition.
  •     Must begin the return process within 30 days of receiving the product.
  •     The item must be returned sealed including all the original packaging and accessories. Opened items will not receive a return credit.
  •     Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  •     Items must be shipped via FedEx or UPS with Tracking Number.
  •     You are required to provide return tracking number to us. Not providing return tracking number can result in VOID return or refund as we are unable to track down the package. 
  •     Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.
  •     Your return must be shipped to the proper warehouse using ONLY the address and RMA number provided to you by our returns department. Once initiating your return, please allow 3-5 business days for RMA instructions to be sent to you. We are not responsible for the loss of returns sent back to the wrong address or without a pre-provided return authorization number (RMA)
  •     Returning a product may incur up to a 20% restocking charge.

Note: Golf Cart Wheels may not be returned once they have been mounted on a cart.

Note: Tires (ordered individually, not mounted on a combo) may not be returned once mounted to a golf cart wheel, even if never driven on. We thoroughly inspect all wheels and tires and any request for refund for any item that has been used will not be honored.

Note: Electronic items (golf cart controllers, electric golf cart motors, golf cart light kits) cannot be returned if opened or unsealed.

If you want to make a CHANGE to your order before it ships (decide you want different wheels, etc.); you may only do so as long as you have not yet received an "Your order is being processed" email. Once your order is processed, we cannot make changes to the order and you will need to return those items before we can ship different ones.

Refused Packages/Orders: Please note, if you change your mind after ordering and refuse to take delivery of your items; regular shipping charges and restocking fees will apply. It costs money to have our employees pick, pack and ship things. Shipping also costs money. Please double check your order before placing!

To start a return:

We will send you an email with a return authorization number and the address to ship your return items to.  Please write this "RA" number on the outside of your return package in large black letters and ship the items to the address provided to you via email.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Yes for general returns or exchanges. No if you received a damaged or defective product.

What if I receive a damaged or defective product?

If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will make sure you are taken care of right away. After notifying us, we will ship you a replacement immediately along with a pre-paid return slip for the broken/defective items. You will NEVER pay for any shipping/return costs if we make a mistake on our end or if you receive a defective product.
