If there are signs of damage to the item or packaging please note "RECIEVED DAMAGED" on the paperwork. If this is not noted we CANNOT replace / refund the product. Once the item has been signed for please contact us and provide images showing the damage. We will then begin getting a replacement / refund processed.*
