Returns Please note: Before we can process your return, you must submit a ticket to the returns email address on this page (below). We cannot track/process returns over the phone without a return ticket number.

We do not accept unauthorized returns at our Corporate HQ. We reserve the right to reject ALL returns shipped to our Corporate HQ (7607 E Greenway Dr.) without prior authorization.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES / Cancellations

Please refer to our Return Policy if you have not already.

General return policy requirements:

    •     The product must be in new and original condition.
    •     Must begin the return process within 30 days of receiving the product.
    •     The item must be returned including all the original packaging and accessories.
    •     Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
    •     Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.
    •     Returning a product will incur up to a 20% restocking charge.
    •     DoubleTake branded products will incur a 35% restocking fee charge.
    •     Cancelling an order after it has shipped will result in a shipping charge.
    •     We do not accept any returns for On Board Computers (OBC's), Motor Controllers (Admiral, etc.), and other electronics - whether opened or not.
    •     We do not accept returns of OPENED Electronic items such as Golf Cart Light Kits, headlight kits, etc.

Tracking Questions

When will I receive my Tracking Numbers?

Tracking numbers are sent out within 24-48 business hours of placing your order!

I didn't receive my tracking numbers within 48 business hours:

If you did not receive any tracking information within 48 hours of placing your order, please check to make sure you entered your email address correctly when placing your order! If you entered the wrong email address, please fill out the form below (with the correct email address) and we will get you your tracking number right away!

Multi-Piece Shipments:

We ship items from where we have stock, and from the closest warehouse to you. For this reason, your items may arrive at separate times and in multiple shipments. So please be patient if part of your order arrives a day or two ahead of the others!

One tracking number can also contain multiple packages.
