Return Policy

Golf Cart Tire Supply offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee.  If for any reason you are not completely happy with any product you order from us, you can return it within 30 days of receiving the order for a full no-hassles refund (minus Golf Cart Tire Supply's shipping costs incurred from sending the item to you). Additionally, you will need to pay return shipping unless otherwise verified by customer service.

General return policy requirements:

  •     The product must be in new and original condition.
  •     Must begin the return process within 30 days of receiving the product.
  •     The item must be returned including all the original packaging and accessories.
  •     Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  •     Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.
  •     Any return of a custom product will incur a 20% restocking charge.

Note: Golf Cart Wheels may not be returned once they have been mounted on a cart. Tires may not be returned once mounted to a golf cart wheel, even if never driven on. We thoroughly inspect all wheels and tires and any request for refund for any item that has been used will not be honored.

To start a return:

  • Log into your account
  • Click on Completed Orders
  • Find your order number and click on the return item(s) button
  • Select the item(s) that you want to return
  • Select a reason for the return
  • Select if you would like a refund, exchange, or replacement.
  • Enter any comments that you have about the return

We will send you an email with a return authorization number and the address to ship your return items to.  Please write this "RA" number on the outside of your return package in large black letters and ship the items to the address provided to you via email.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Yes for general returns. No if you received a damaged or defective product.

What if I receive a damaged or defective product?

If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will make sure you are taken care of right away. After notifying us, we will ship you a replacement immediately along with a pre-paid return slip for the broken/defective items. You will NEVER pay for any shipping/return costs if we make a mistake on our end or if you receive a defective product.
