Hello, I know some of you have been waiting an unusually long time for your order to be delivered and may not be getting as quick a response as we'd like to provide to your questions and inquiries. So I want to personally apologize and share with you what's causing the delays.
COVID-19 has affected the time it takes our suppliers to get their products and materials/inventory, increased the time it takes to pack orders, and has slowed logistics/transportation (as they face higher than normal demand for online goods while people are stuck inside). This is not an excuse... it is affecting our entire industry.
- Get your order as fast as humanly possible
- In the order of when you placed yours (and the people ahead of you)
- Based on our supply chain (best in the industry)
All preventative measures have also been taken to ensure a clean, safe, and healthy environment for our employees and your packages. This includes social distancing between packing stations in our warehouse. Even though we have a limited amount of team members that are allowed in the warehouse at any time, we are running more shifts to try and get orders out faster.
On that note I want to thank you for your patience. We here at the Golf Cart Tire Supply are humbled by the overwhelming support we have received from our loyal customers.
I apologize again for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience. This is not how the GCTS Team likes to conduct business but COVID-19 has required us to adapt.
